reminder to me about something we all know but tend to forget; the importance
of word of mouth…….. What is the most important aspect of any business? Its people? Repeat business? Trusted in the

clients will be happy. A happy client is a great asset; word of mouth is
amazingly valuable. We had a great HRIA show due to word of mouth (a big

the last few years MCS have been gaining good market share in Australia (MCS is
a UK based product) we now have two offices in Australia and our customers are

well as smaller private functions.

MCS would like to welcome one of our newest clients I & M Winch Hire in WA.
I & M Winch specialize in the supply of hydraulic winches and power packs to the marine, off shore construction and mining industries. After spending months trying to implement another hire solution with no luck, I & M Winch Hire purchased MCS. After just a couple of weeks they are ready to go live with MCS; this is mainly due to the intuitive ease of MCS and our consultant’s availability and help.
